Education

Julian attended Legends Real Estate School in 2014 to receive the required education and training, per the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), to obtain the Professional Home Inspector License. TREC required 448 hours of classroom and hands on inspection training before being eligible to take the state and national exam to receive the Professional Home Inspector License. After receiving the Professional Home Inspector license the Inspector is required to have at least 32 hours of continuing education every two years from an authorized continuing education provider.

Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Education Requirements

Julian is also a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). NACHI requires each member to fulfill 24 hours of continuing education every year as well as completing an inspector exam every three years and adhering to a strict code of ethics and standards of practice.
